Bio
Professor Steven Faux is the Director of the Department of Pain Medicine at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney, a Conjoint Professor of Medicine at the University of NSW, and Adjunct Professor of Medicine at the University of Notre Dame. He has authored over 100 journal articles and is the current President of the Rehabilitation Medicine Society of Australia and New Zealand.
Prof. Faux established the first and longest continuous telehealth pain management service in Australia in 2008. He has conducted research into online pain management tools and has completed a number of multisite randomised controlled trials in the management of trauma rehabilitation.
